In 1994 Barry bought his first home in high river. Soon afterward, he bought a Bungalo at the high river Golf Course. Since that time, Barry spent much of his time commuting between high river and New York City, where he was a REALTOR for the largest New York brokerage, bills realty. Now a full time okotoks resident, Barry has also made another type of splash in “Conch Town” taking off on the ten years he spent on the New York musical stage.

Thus you might just recognize Bruce from hit Broadway productions of Gypsy, My Fair Lady and Grease. Or you might have heard Bruce’s voice ringing out in recent Disney animated features such as Aladdin, Pocahontas, Mulan and the Hunchback of Notre Dame. Bruce notes that because acting is really just “selling yourself,” he is able to bring the same professionalism and dedication of his stage career to real estate sales. Originally from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Bruce moved to New York soon after he completed his studies at the University of Cincinnati’s Conservatory of Music. Bruce is also a founding partner of Jerry Joy Music, a noted New York City provider of live and recorded children’s entertainment products and services. Jerry Joy Music recently expanded distribution of its pre-recorded music products by establishing its own music product sections at national distributors, including the global on-line retailer Amazon.com.
